Return Policy
We will accept returns within 30 days of receipt of your purchase except for non-returnable, clearance, and special order items (call your representative to determine which products are non-returnable). 50% deposit required for all special order items and is non-refundable. All returned merchandise must be uninstalled, unused, and in new condition; in the original packaging; and include all parts, instructions, and accessories.
Charges for installation or freight are non-refundable after services have been performed. Opened packages may be subject to additional fees if any items and/or documentation are missing. All returns maybe subject to a 20% restocking fee. Item’s deemed defective by manufacturer will be replaced, not refunded. Credit will not be issued from IDS without prior authorization for the return and will be issued as a store credit not refund.
