Our goal is to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information on the IDS website. However, this site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, some of which may relate to product pricing, description, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice-including after an order has been submitted. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience or misunderstanding this may cause.
Pricing
All prices, specifications, warranties, and product availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to substitute products with equal or greater value. Items can be withdrawn from sale at any time. We are constantly negotiating with our suppliers to provide the lowest possible prices to our customers. Because our prices fluctuate, we are unable to honor price adjustments on any prior sales.
Warranty
New Product Warranty: IDS sells all merchandise with the manufacturer’s limited warranty. The warranty period and services vary by manufacturer and product. IDS warranties its labor and workmanship for the period of 1 year from the original date of installation or purchase. This warranty will only apply to product that was PURCHASED and INSTALLED by IDS. Any warranty claims that are not due to a manufacturer’s defect or IDS’s installation error such as misuse, off road travel, acts of God or not maintaining the product according to the manufacturer’s requirements will not be covered.
Custom Wheels & Tires: Wheel and tire warranties will refer back to the manufacturer’s warranty. Proper care and maintenance such as, but not limited to cleaning, maintaining proper air pressure, and proper driving must be performed to be eligible for warranty. Due to the inconsistency in road imperfections IDS can not warranty balancing. If there are any issues with balancing, they must be addressed at the time of the sale.
Claim: To make any claim under these warranties, return the defective unit to IDS for warranty verification and repair / replacement as per the manufacturers stated warranty.
Canceled Order
To cancel an order, you must notify IDS Customer Service via e-mail no later than 12:00 PM EST the next business day after the order was placed. After that time, any other unshipped, canceled orders will be charged a $10.00 processing fee and billed against your credit card. If an order is canceled after it is shipped, all shipping charges and a 20% handling fee will be billed against your credit card.
Non-Returnable
All items tagged non-returnable on the IDS site are considered final sales.
