Warranty Policy
New Products
All new products are sold with the manufacturer’s limited warranty. The warranty period and services
vary by manufacturer and product. Ideal Automotive & Truck Accessories will warranty its labor and
workmanship for the period of 1 year from the original date of installation. This warranty will only apply
to product that was PURCHASED and INSTALLED by Ideal Automotive & Truck Accessories. Any
warranty claims that are not due to a manufacturer’s defect or Ideal's installation error such as misuse, off
road travel, acts of God or not maintaining the product according to the manufacturer’s requirements will
not be covered.
Custom Wheels & Tires
All wheels & tires warranty will refer back to manufacturer’s warranty. Proper care and maintenance
such as cleaning, maintaining proper air pressure, etc; must be performed to be eligible for warranty.
Due to the inconsistency in road imperfections, train tracks, etc; there is no warranty on balancing. If there
are any issues with balancing, they must be addressed at the time of the sale.
Warranty Claims
To make any claim under these warranties, return the defective unit to Ideal Automotive & Truck
Accessories for warranty verification and repair / replacement as per the manufacturers stated warranty.
